To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. nusstar prohibits the creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nusstar reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers and bonuses, and withhold any resulting balances pending investigation.
By registering, you warrant that all information provided during the registration process is true, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times and must promptly update any information that changes.
You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. nusstar will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations, nusstar is required to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to the processing of withdrawals and at such other times as nusstar determines necessary.
KYC verification requires the submission of:
nusstar may additionally request source-of-funds documentation for accounts with cumulative deposits exceeding applicable regulatory thresholds under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by nusstar will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. nusstar reserves the right to close accounts where KYC requirements cannot be satisfied, with any balance subject to return to the original payment method used for deposit, after applicable regulatory holds.
nusstar accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO online banking, BPI online banking, GrabPay, QR Ph-compatible methods, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT cryptocurrency. Accepted payment methods are subject to change and the current list is maintained on the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. nusstar does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees for which nusstar accepts no responsibility.

Important: Funds held in a User's Account are not insured or guaranteed by any Philippine government deposit insurance scheme. nusstar maintains segregated player fund accounts to protect Account balances, but Users accept the residual risk associated with holding funds on the Platform.

nusstar's VIP loyalty program (nusstar Stars) is governed by separate program terms available within the Platform. Accumulated loyalty points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash — they may only be redeemed for bonus credits or other program benefits as specified within the Platform.

nusstar uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all non-live-dealer games, independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease use of the Platform before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the nusstar Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
